UX/UI Designer & Product Strategist

Design that works for real people.

I bridge user empathy and business outcomes, from research and wireframes to launch, marketing, and beyond. I've taken products all the way from first user interview to shipped feature to paying customer.

UX Without Borders: Localizing HiveTracks for Women Beekeepers in Uzbekistan and Ethiopia

I led 44 one-on-one interviews across two continents through translators, designed and fully translated prototypes into Uzbek, Russian, and Amharic, and traveled to Uzbekistan to close the research loop in person. Published white paper and podcast feature.

From Research to Revenue: Launching HiveTracks AI Voice Inspection

Survey data settled which AI feature to build first. I ran the customer research, managed beta testing, designed the full Pro paywall for iOS and Android, and wrote the marketing launch, all as a team of one.

Cutting Churn by Rethinking Onboarding

A 7-step onboarding flow was quietly hemorrhaging users before they ever saw the product's core value. I led end-to-end redesign, research, prototyping, and testing, that reduced screens by 57% and meaningfully improved activation rates.

I think in systems and feel in details.

With a background spanning UX research, interaction design, and full product ownership, I bring both strategic clarity and pixel-level care to everything I work on. I thrive at the intersection of user empathy, data, and business strategy.
